This newly constructed, spacious tiny guest house has an open floor plan with a loft bedroom featuring the most comfy queen-sized bed. There is full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There’s a large gated yard and a mini-deck on which to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. Located in the charming Peter Howell neighborhood, the home is 3-miles from the University of Arizona and 5-minute walk to coffee and other restaurants along Speedway The space The space The guesthouse has a wide open floor plan on the main floor, featuring a small galley kitchen & leather sofa with a Smart TV hung on the wall. There is a full bathroom including a traditional tub/shower inside. Some rather steep stairs lead up to a loft area featuring a queen sized bed. The loft ceiling slopes downward and is quite low at some points. Other things to note The loft is reached by steep stairs, so accessibility is limited. Once in the loft, it's about 5'6" at it's tallest point, so it is not easy to stand up. Guest access The deck and entry to the unit as well as all the features inside the home are entirely private. The home features blinds on the windows and doors throughout to ensure privacy. The shared spaces on this lot include the courtyard and the laundry room. Other things to note This is a shared property with three other separate living quarters on the property, the front main house is occupied by a full time tenant, a studio on the lower level and a tiny house so we ask that everyone be mindful and respectful of the various spaces provided around this shared space. Security Cameras: We use outdoor security cameras on all the entry and exit areas of the exterior of the property only. You will see them as your walking around the property.
