The house is only a four minute walk via the beach pathway to the beautiful blue flag beach of Cape St Francis. The area is famous for surfing, excellent fishing and boating. There is ample paved parking space for your vehicle and boat. The home has an office with uncapped fibre to make distance working possible. The space Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Main bedroom en suite. Two bedrooms on ground floor. Third large bedroom upstairs with queen bed and sleeper couch. Enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast on the veranda which runs the full length of the house. Open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen. Separate scullery/ laundry with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Mud room area for wet towels, boogie boards, wetsuits etc. There is an enclosed courtyard with a hot and cold water shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.
