Here you will find a smart TV to enjoy series and movies and you can enjoy the fresh air while having a glass of wine or enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need Our accommodation has a cozy common social area, Jacuzzi pool and gym. 24-hour security, direct access (elevator inside the apartment). 1 Free parking inside the condominium. You can check in until 11:00 PM. Experience the perfect combination of serenity and fun in our luxurious apartment. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment. Condominium common areas (Jacuzzi pool, gym, common area). Guests not allowed. Other things to note -No Pets allowed -No parties or events allowed. - Sheets and towels are not intended for use outside our space. - Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. - Smoking or the use of illegal substances is not allowed - Please keep the spaces in order or additional cleaning fees may apply. - No unregistered guests or visitors allowed in the apartment -Do not use the laundry during quiet hours Please, it is important to follow our rules. Any violation of the rules will result in a minimum fine of $250.
