It is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit equipped with a queen bed and couch, suitable for up to 2 people. This suite is attached to and shares a wall with the owner-occupied main house. Guests have their own private entrance, room, restroom and deck. There are no shared spaces in this listing. We are located above a designated Important Riparian Area (Pima Wash) providing critical habitat for Sonoran Desert plant and animal species with whom we share our space with. ★You may encounter some of the species during your stay. Self Check In with Smart Keypad or lockbox. Spacious gravel driveway in front of property for parking. Other things to note ★POINTS TO KEEP IN MIND★ No pets are allowed. Guests found in violation of this rule will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee. Fragile septic system PLEASE DO NOT flush anything other than tissue/toilet paper down the toilet. This includes (not limited to) baby wipes, facial wipes, paper towels, hair, feminine hygiene products, etc. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting the property and be aware of all surroundings to protect yourself against poisonous plants and venomous creatures not limited to: scorpions, bees and rattlesnakes. Precautions are in place to protect guests as best as possible. Drive carefully within the neighborhood and follow all signs and rules of the road. Be safe and keep the neighborhood safe.
