As a Sosuite guest, you will have access to the lobby, common areas with pool tables and foosball, a fully-equipped fitness center, outdoor seating area, and dog park. Please note that you may enter the building no more than 30 minutes before the start of your reservation and must depart within 30 minutes after check-out. Access outside of these times is not permitted. Other things to note - The gym and common areas are available to use 24/7 - The front desk is staffed 24/7 - There is an accessible ramp at the rear entrance of the building - This is a loft-style unit with an internal staircase to access the sleeping area - Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee - $250 Security Deposit, or Damage Waiver, is to be collected at Check-In * - ID photo and selfie submission are required for ID verification * Pet policies: - Pets are welcome for $60+tax/night (2 pet max, capped at $250+tax/month) - Pet fees are capped at $250 + tax per month - All dogs are required by the building to complete a mandatory DNA mouth swab on the day of arrival - Guests must stop at the front desk upon arrival to receive a swab kit and are responsible for swabbing their own dog. Staff will not handle pets - Any dog accident in a public or common area will result in a $385 fine per building policy.
