The space Our south facing victorian house is spacious and stylish with high ceilings, wooden floors, comfy sofas and a beautiful neptune kitchen. The living room and master bedroom both have stunning sea views. At the rear there are 2 further bedrooms. The private patio is perfect for basking in the all day sunshine whilst you soak in the beautiful sea view. Guest access Guests have private use of the ground floor apartment and patio area. There is one parking space per apartment. The main garden and utility rooms are shared with guests staying in other apartments. Other things to note We are in a quiet residential area on a private road, so please be considerate to other guests and our neighbours by avoiding excessive noisy behaviour. Ventnor is very hilly and there are steps to this apartment. It is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.
