Spacious villa with large garden

Charming villa on three floors with a large garden. Large green area (I2 forest) behind the house with lush trails, challenging MTB-tracks and lovely runs. The area also has many nice and well-maintained barbecue areas. The house is close to Lake Vänern which offers swimming areas both at Skutberget and Bomstadbaden (about 5 km). And close to the city center (5km). There are bicycles to borrow. In the house, there are two queen-size beds (180 cm) and two single beds (105 cm), as well as two extra mattresses and a travel cot for smaller children. The space The house features three floors. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen with a social area next to it. There is a toilet here, as well as an exit to the porch and the garden. Half-stairs up there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. Half stairs down you will find a TV room, bathroom with bathtub, laundry room and a bedroom with a double bed. Linen and towels is included in the price. Clean yourself. There are vacuum cleaners, rags and funds in the laundry room. Guest access The key to the accommodation is in a key box at the garage door at the front. You will receive the code via message before your visit. You put the key back in the key box on departure.
