Book now for a memorable stay in Bryan The space This is a second floor apartment with stair access only. The couch opens to a full-size bed. Easy walking distance to downtown and the historic Kyle House, home of Polite Coffee company with its coffee uniquely roasted in Bryan. Together with The Hideaway and The Magnolia Bloom apartments a family could have the entire second floor landing to themselves. A fully equipped kitchen and an in-apartment washer and dryer make this more than a sleepover. The TV has Netflix, Hulu Live, Disney Plus and even ESPN for when you just feel like relaxing as well. Pack N Play available upon request. There is a "quiet zone" plan in place set by the city of Bryan for the train nearby. Occasionally, trains passing through may be loud. We offer white noise machines to mitigate the sound. Guest access There is an exterior door code that will be sent before check in to enter the building, as well as another door code required to enter the apartment.
