Guest access During your stay, you will have access to the entire cottage! This also includes your own private driveway parking and smaller fenced in yard. 🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
