We go over everything the house offers and includes, as well as answer many frequently asked questions including "how far is the beach?", "what is included in the rental?", and "can we get an early checkin/late check out?". After you read the below information if you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask! :) This home offers a relaxing getaway with a homey feel! THE INDOOR SPACE: BEDROOM: King bed with green tea memory foam mattress, 100" HD projector (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus), nightstands, closet with hangers, ironing facilities, charming décor. BATHROOM: Recently renovated, includes 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel, 4 washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 2 toilet paper rolls, hand soap. LIVING ROOM: Camel leather sofa, grand mirror, throw pillows, blankets, 50" LCD TV (Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime). KITCHENETTE: Dining area, full-sized fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster. PLEASE READ: **This complex has three separate apartments, and this rental is located on the ground level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you, and completely separate from the other apartment. The hot tub area is private to you** CHECK-IN: Starts at 4:00 PM. We'll notify you if early check-in is available. CHECK-OUT: Strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not possible, and additional fees may apply for delays per cleaning teams policy with our company. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: HOW FAR IS THE BEACH? The beach is just a few blocks from the house so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are several free parking beach accesses within a 2 minute drive. Also, we provide 2 beach chairs, 1 cooler, and an umbrella so it is a bit easier to take everything to the beach via car! THERE A GRILL? Unfortunately No. The Outer Banks can often times be windy and each year many people on the beach lose their homes due to grill related house fires. For this reason and safety reasons we do not have a grill at our home. :( WHAT COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS ARE INCLUDED? - 1 roll of paper towels - 2 rolls of toilet paper - 1 bag per trash can - 4 K Cups - Cream and Sugar - Shampoo - Conditioner - Body Wash - Hand Soap - Dish Soap and Sponge - Blow Dryer - Ironing Board and Iron - 2 Beach Chairs (You will need to bring your own beach towels) WHAT LINENS ARE INCLUDED? - Sheets - 4 Towels - 4 Washcloths - 1 Hand towel - 1 Kitchen towel - 1 Bath Mat Anything else you may need outside of the complimentary items provided will need to be brought by the guest. (We do not provided beach towels. Also please note there is not a washer and dryer at this location.) WHAT SHOULD WE BRING? - Beach Towels - Additional coffee and paper products that you may need - Any additional items you may need that we do not provide DO YOU HAVE A TEA POT? Unfortunately No :/ But the Keurig can brew a cup of hot water for you to steep tea in!..
