The space This is a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit in a duplex. Both bedrooms provide queen beds, dresser, nightstand, lamps and a chair. The living room has a chaise sofa that pulls out into a queen sleeper. The LED fireplace also heats. There is a Smart TV above the fireplace. The kitchen provides a stainless steel range with oven, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer and cooking, baking and serving items. The side by side refrigerator has an ice maker. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Furnishings and appliances may change as repairs and replacements are needed. Guest access Guests have access to unit #10 and the deck in front of unit #10. Please park directly in front of this unit only unless you need to park a pickup and trailer lengthwise across the driveway. Other things to note Each unit sports a gas grill and gas firepit on the deck in front of that unit. Parking is directly in front of each unit. The shared dock is a short walk down the driveway. Kayaks, bodyboards, chairs and some water toys are provided. Beach towels are located in the laundry room. Enjoy fishing and swimming, but no diving as this is a shallow water area.
