Please review these important rules before booking: • Cleanliness: Treat the home as your own by keeping up with cleaning, taking out trash, washing dishes, etc Excessive mess may result in a $100–$300 fee. • Smoking: Indoor smoking is allowed with prior request for a $250 fee. Outdoor smoking is allowed for free. Evidence of smoking inside is a $500 fee. • Guest Count: Only registered guests allowed. Extra guests are $15 overnight / $10 visiting. Please notify us in advance. • Parties/Events/Gatherings: Allowed with approval only. Fees start at $150. Chairs/tables available starting at $50. Unauthorized will result in fees starting at $500. • Pets: $150 per pet. • Late Checkout: $50 per 30 minutes past checkout unless approved. • No Food/Drinks on Games: $250 fee per game/table if damaged or dirty. • Damages: You’re responsible for any damages or missing items during your stay. • Lockouts: $25 fee if lockout occurs due to not following check-in instructions. • Security: Outdoor cameras are monitored. Tampering = $500 fee + possible legal action. • Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to book. No third-party bookings. • Contact: We’re available for support during your stay.
