The apartment is a quiet top-floor two-room apartment with spectacular views over the rooftops all the way to Harju, and on the courtyard side, which makes it particularly peaceful. The diverse services and sights of the city center are just a short walk away and also easy to get to by public transport. The convenience store K-Market Tapionkatu is 450m away. Tuomiojärvi beach is 650m away. There are several free parking places nearby and one parking area where you can park without a parking disc. The space There are beds for six people. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed. The living room also has a 140 cm wide sofa bed. The sofa beds also have extra mattresses to add softness. You can get privacy in the rooms by pulling the accordion door shut. In addition to the curtains, the windows have blackout roller blinds. A baby travel cot, a high chair (with a table) and a potty will be delivered to the apartment on request, so please let us know if you need them! The apartment has games, toys and books for children. The kitchen has an oven, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There you will find dishes for 12 people and all the necessary utensils for cooking. There is also coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, spices, baking paper, foil and paper towels. The dining area has a table and 4-6 chairs, depending on the number of guests. The equipment includes shampoo, conditioner, shower soap and, of course, linens and towels that have been washed with unscented detergent. In the summer, the apartment has an air conditioner that brings cooling to the hot summer days. The apartment is located on the 4th, i.e. top floor of the house and there is no elevator in the house. No pets are allowed in the apartment, and no smoking is allowed in the apartment or on the ventilation balconies. Also, outdoor shoes are not allowed inside the apartment, but are left in the hallway. Other things to note The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
