Dual Lake Houses on Mineola Bay

Rent both our beautiful homes on the same property totaling 6 bedrooms and 4 baths. Enjoy breathtaking sunset views over the lake every night from the waterfront properties, which feature multiple decks and plenty of outdoor seating. With two docks available, you can bring your boats and explore the chain of lakes, or try out the kayaks provided for your use. And when you're not outside, have some fun inside with a game of pool or ping pong. It's the perfect setting for larger groups. The space If you plan on bringing a boat, please let me know in advance so I can provide you with information on where to put it in for free. It's important to note that you'll need a chain sticker and must comply with all the regulations as there are authorities patrolling the waterways. Guest access You will have access to both homes that you are renting and the yard. The yard is shared with 4 apartments that are on the same property and they have access to the yard as well however I don't see them much. Other things to note Kayaks are available for anyone. You may see boats or other watercrafts on the docs, please do not touch them if they are not yours.
