The space The apartment is built in a large semi-detached house on the slope. The apartment is in the basement, but there is still light flooded with the hillside. In the entrance area there is an open, fully equipped kitchen with a small wardrobe area. Through the hallway you can reach the rest of the apartment. Both bedrooms are separated by the bathroom. In the living area you will find a cozy sofa and a TV that only has access to streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Likewise, a sound channel with which guests can play via a smartphone or other media music. Wi-Fi with up to 250 Mbps is of course available free of charge throughout the accommodation. In the sleeping area 1-2, a comfortable king-size bed (180x200) as well as the possibility of putting your clothes in the dresser or on the clothes wall is waiting. The bathroom is equipped with a light-filled shower, sink and toilet. The rooms radiate brightness and are thanks to its location in pleasantly quiet and idyllic. In front of the building is a small sun terrace with a seating area and an awning reserved exclusively for guests. The presence of plants in tubs gives this place a cozy atmosphere. The sleeping rooms are spatially separated from the living area. This could be especially important for travelers with small children. Since we also have a children's travel cot with mattress including a changing table in the apartment. Guest access The entire place is available exclusively to our guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the private sauna. Our guests have an own entrance despite the basement. In front of the apartment is a paved terrace with a cozy seating area and an awning, which is also available exclusively to our guests. Regarding the sauna, we would like to point out that the consumption costs for the sauna are not included in the price. It is the guest's responsibility to put the sauna into operation and display it again. Instructions are possible upon arrival or at any time. A meter that settles the sauna separately is built in and can be viewed at any time to be checked by the guests. However, the use of the outdoor pool as well as the jacuzzi on the barbecue terrace is free. These areas are for all guests of the apartments in the premises. Other things to note Bad Oldesloe is the perfect base for a variety of activities and excursions, whether you prefer shopping, nature or culture. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can rent canoes, sup boards and bicycles and explore the picturesque landscape along the Trave and Best rivers. Numerous hiking and biking trails allow you to discover the surroundings, including the Brenner Moor, Schleswig-Holstein's largest domestic salt moor. With a little luck you can watch kingfishers, eagles, otters and owls there. For the adventurous, geocaching or the exciting crime trail, where a raid must be cleared by bike. The central location of Bad Oldesloe makes it easy to reach popular excursion destinations quickly. The train station is just a 15-minute walk away and offers connections to Hamburg (27 minutes) and Lübeck (18 minutes). By car, you can reach Hamburg, Lübeck in just 40 minutes via the A1 as well as to the Baltic Sea resorts of Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz. Bad Segeberg, known for the Karl May Festival, can be reached in only 15 minutes. Via the A7 you can reach the state capital Kiel in one hour and via the A20 Warnemünde can be reached in 1.5 hours and the Mecklenburg Lake District in about 2 hours. In Bad Oldesloe itself there are numerous leisure activities: mini golf, jogging, cycling and walking start right at the front door. The swimming hall and sauna are in the immediate vicinity, and in summer the natural lake invites you to swim. Downtown, just 8 minutes away on foot, offers numerous restaurants and shopping.
