Walking distance to downtown Sparta and adjacent to Veterans Park, our home is in the perfect location to enjoy this quaint town or as a jumping off point to many of the nearby adventures the blue ridge mountains have to offer! We allow well behaved pets upon approval & pet fee-please message us! The space The main floor features a large living room, dining room and fully remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances. You'll find 2 bedrooms on this level, both with king sized beds. The remodeled bathroom is also on this level. Upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms- one with king size bed and another with 2 XL twins. This level also has a new bathroom. All linens, bedding, mattress and pillows are brand new-ensuring a comfortable stay! We've just installed a new HVAC system means you'll be comfortable year round Guest access The fireplace is for looks only and is non-operational. The basement should not be accessed by guests. Other things to note This is an older home that we have lovingly remodeled but as with any old home it does have its quirks! The upstairs will get warmer than the main level. For those who like to sleep 'cool' we recommend the lower level. If you like it warmer the upper level is for you! To help mediate temperature in the summer & fall months, we recommend keeping the curtains drawn on the upper level windows, and closing most of the AC vents downstairs (cold air will still come through) while leaving the upper level vents open.
