The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - An 80 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied) overlooking the garden and swimming pool. - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Siemens steam oven, Ninja Air Fryer Max... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), large dressing room and bathroom - Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180×200) with shower room and toilet - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160×200) with shower room and wc - Separate WC Additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 12 m² swimming pool (private, unheated: open from May 15 to October). - A beautiful 4,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The house is ideally located in Migron, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
