Larmor I love it!

Recently renovated, our small family home offers pleasant modern living comfort in a setting that we enjoy on a daily basis. Close to the village and beaches, everything is within a 5-minute walk. In return for this central location within the village, the house is on a busy street, but we have endeavored during the renovation to limit related noise disturbances as much as possible. Don't wait any longer and come and enjoy an extraordinary quality of life! The space We are excited to introduce our small house located in the seaside resort of Larmor-Plage. * 🛌 3 bedrooms to accommodate up to 6 people (including 4 adults maximum) and a bathroom. * 🧑‍🍳 a modern and functional kitchen open to a pleasant living room bathed in light. * 🪴 a terrace equipped to enjoy alfresco dining. * 🛜 access to fiber Wi-Fi and TV. * 🚗 Private parking 2.5 m wide and 4.6 m long (suitable for any medium-sized vehicle). Free parking spaces are close by, however * 🧸 🏖️ 📚 our little boys leave games (board games, beach games) and children's toys/books available for our guests. Thank you for taking care of it as if it were your own 😊 Guest access The place is fully available. Unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible. Check-in is done independently by removing your keychain from a key box. We only accept guests who respect the neighborhood. No parties or loud music or gatherings of people. Other things to note Linens, towels, dish towels and bath mats are provided. Beds are made upon arrival. Our guests are asked to take out the trash according to the directions provided.
