It features a 120-square-meter apartment on the second floor of a house that is partly an attic, with a private entrance. The apartment has just been renovated and boasts high-quality furnishings, triple-glazed windows, an open-plan living area with a large American-style kitchen equipped with all appliances, including a toaster, electric grill, immersion blender, Nescafé Dolce Gusto espresso machine, moka pot, juicer, kettle, scale, and much more. Dining area and breakfast area, lounge with TV area and fireplace, firewood available free of charge during the winter season, free access to DAZN, Prime and Netflix, large window overlooking the Val di Cembra hill with views of the vineyards and apple orchards. Second sitting area furnished with a bar cabinet and a full-height panoramic sunroof with an electric opening mechanism to enjoy starry nights in the warmer seasons. Two double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, all equipped with mattresses, pillows and memory foam toppers, a Chicco cot for little guests, and a dog bed and bowls for your four-legged friends 🐶🐾, who will be accommodated free of charge. We offer an in-home dog-sitting service upon request. There is a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a study set up as an office with a desk, an ergonomic chair, and everything "digital nomad" guests need to work with a fast, free Wi-Fi connection, a small library, and board games for all tastes and for the whole family. Upon request, the study can be converted into a third bedroom with a single bed. Utility room with washing machine, detergents, vacuum cleaner, shoe rack and everything you need for household cleaning. For winter sports enthusiasts, we are 18 km from the ski lifts of the Andalo-Fai della Paganella ski area, with the option of using the garage as a ski storage area. The house is completed by a garden for exclusive use, divided into a relaxation area with deckchairs and a play area for children and pets. If necessary, our guests can leave their dogs with complete peace of mind at a day/night kennel run by an ENCI-certified trainer, in whom we have complete confidence, or they can use the dog-sitting service we provide. Casa Sally is a certified, fully pet-friendly property, and furry friends will always be welcome at no extra charge. A highly regarded veterinary clinic is located 2 km from the house. There is also the option of having the e-bike delivered directly to the house. Those who come with their own bikes can store them in our large garage in complete safety. There are no shared spaces! Our guests will be given the Trentino Guest Card, which allows them to travel freely by public transport throughout the province of Trento, visit castles and museums with discounts or completely free admission, take the cable car up Monte di Mezzocorona and admire the entire Piana Rotaliana from the brand-new skywalk with the Tibetan bridge, and much more.
