Room in cozy super central flat

Enjoy a beautiful apartment with high ceilings in a very central location. The apartment is located in the Fredensborg area, close to cozy St.hanshaugen, 10 minutes away from the city centre and popular Vulkan by Akerselva. You will be sharing my apartment with myself. The room is 15 sq. metres with a single futon bed and a desk. The apartment is 47 sq. metres with a social living room and practical kitchen solution. You have access to bluetooth speakers, google nest, and TV with Chromecast. The space The apartment has high ceilings with a beautiful rosette in the living room ceiling, and a newly renovated modern kitchen. The flat is furnished with beautiful furniture in an eclectic Scandinavian style and has lots of green plants, like an oasis in the city. I keep my place very clean and tidy, and hope to have guests that appreciate that. My guest room doubles as my office and has a pull out single sofabed, so good for someone that wants a clean and convenient stay while visiting Oslo. The room also has a desk and desktop computer that you can borrow if needed. I would like to make you aware that to enter and exit your room, you will have to walk through the shared bathroom. I have a system to make sure we can share the bathroom without issues, however. I provide high quality Gant towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner for my guests, so no need to bring that with you if you would like to save on luggage space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook at home, and I provide a basket with some basic food items that you are free to use. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment, except for my room. I might need to get some things from your room during your stay (which is normally my office & creative space), but I will always ask first. During your stay To book with me I require a minimum of 2 positive reviews where you are mentioned by name, as well as an introduction where you tell me something about yourself and why you are visiting. This is because I am sharing this space with my guests, and want to make sure we are a good fit. I am an extroverted introvert, meaning I like to talk to new people, but also need my down-time where I like to keep to myself. I am always happy give you recommendations on things to do and see in Oslo, depending on what you like to do of course. Other things to note Some times I rent out my own room to either a woman or a couple for whenever I’m out of town, so you might not always be staying with me. But I will let you know if and when that happens. The apartment has very thin walls, so it’s important to be quiet between the hours of 23:00 and 07:00. Both for the neighbours sake and for my sleep.
