Guest will be allowed access to Cottage, and all access to Private pond for fishing and retreat. Catch and Release fish only while fishing. Guest access The Property is 40 fenced acres. You are welcome to explore within the fencing. Bring good walking/adventure shoes, as it is nature and there are natural obstacles. (Holes, branches, snakes, wildlife) As host we do live on site to assist with questions. Cottage was designed and built as our guest house. Other things to note Unwind in this Cozy 399 sq ft Tiny Home bathed with natural light overlooking trees and nature. Kitchen equipped with a full sized fridge, stove and microwave. Supplies for making coffee and hot tea, glassware to enjoy wine out on the deck, or even cook yourself a full meal! A King size bed in the main bedroom and a Queen pull out sofa sleeper. Even an in unit washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh. *unlimited Hot Water with tankless on demand Hot Water Heater * We have “country wifi” meaning storms and weather effect connection. This is a rural and not urban connection. Some issues can be corrected and some can not. Gated keypad entry and room for boat parking. Security cameras and lights so you can sleep in peace knowing your boat is safe. Disconnection of cameras will result in immediate cancellation and eviction. *We are a dog friendly property. While we do follow a strict cleaning protocol, we do not guarantee a fur or allergy free stay. Thank you for understanding. Limit 2 dogs as our home is only 399 sqft. Please pick up after your pets (hair, food, poo) to help reduce chances of increased cleaning fees. Damages done by your pets will be billed at retail replacement. All dogs/pets must be kenneled or leashed when guest is not present.
