This cozy unit is completely yours and is not shared with anyone, offering a truly private retreat (only the large parking area is shared). Inside, the modern space is thoughtfully equipped for your stay. Relax on the comfortable queen-size bed, catch up on tasks at the dedicated workspace, or refresh in the clean, private bathroom. For your convenience, the suite also includes its own laundry facilities. In our effort to provide a comfortable and allergy-conscious environment for all our guests, we maintain a strict NO-PET policy (including service animals). Our location is perfectly situated for exploring Central Florida: -7 minutes from the Airport (SFB) -4 minutes from the charming Sanford Historic District & Riverwalk -15 minutes from the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens -30 minutes from Downtown Orlando -1 hour from Disney, Universal, Daytona Beach, and the Kennedy Space Center Whether you're here for a quick trip or a longer stay, this elegant and well-located suite offers an exceptional value. Guest access The suite has its own dedicated private entrance — completely separate from any other units on the property. Check-in is fully self-guided and contactless; detailed access instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. The large parking area is shared with the neighboring unit, but everything else — the entrance, suite, bathroom, and laundry — is exclusively yours. Other things to note A few things to keep in mind: we do not allow pets on the property. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted — no additional visitors please. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The large parking area is shared with the neighboring unit. The property features a Level 2 EV charger — a rare find for a guest suite and perfect for guests with electric vehicles. Please let us know in advance if you plan to use it.
