Review Home Description: To avoid misunderstandings and set the right expectations, please read the home description carefully before booking. 2. Guest Policy: Reservations are for confirmed guests only. No unauthorized overnight guests are allowed. Inform us if you have daytime visitors. A security camera at the door monitors guest numbers. The presence of unconfirmed guests will result in the immediate termination of your stay, removal by law enforcement if necessary, and forfeiture of your security deposit. 3. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Do not book if you or any guests smoke. 4. Alcohol Policy: Underage drinking is prohibited as it violates the law. 5. No Drug Use: We have a strict no drug use policy in compliance with the law. 6. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 3 PM Check-out: 10 AM If you need to arrive earlier or stay a bit later, please check with us first. 7. No Shoes Indoors: To keep the house clean, we have a no-shoes policy inside the house. 8. Security: For the safety of your belongings, keep the front door locked at all times. While the area is safe, this ensures a problem-free stay. 9. Respect Our Home: Please respect our belongings, including furniture, decor, kitchenware, home appliances, and art displays, as we live here sometimes. 10. Quiet Hours: To be considerate to our neighbors, please keep noise levels down after 9 PM. 11. Parking: Be mindful when parking on the street. Pay attention to street signs, avoid blocking fire hydrants or parking too close to stop signs. Ensure you take your belongings and lock your car. We are not responsible for any vehicle damages or stolen items. 12. Lock Up: Lock the door when you leave and return the key (if applicable) to its original location upon check-out. Failure to lock the house upon departure will result in a $100 deduction from your security deposit. 13. House Supplies: Feel free to use consumables like cereal, spices, seasonings, and instant coffee. However, please do not consume any alcohol; it is not for guests. 14. Appliance Use: Ask for instructions before using any unfamiliar machines. 15. Trash Disposal: Trash pickups are on Mondays and Thursdays. Please bring extra trash to the large bin at the back of the house (through the garage) for pickup. 16. Pre-Departure Cleaning: While we conduct a thorough professional clean between stays, please: Dispose of trash and leftover food. Wash any dirty dishes or kitchenware. Place dirty towels in the laundry bins. This helps expedite our cleaning process and keeps cleaning costs down for you and future guests. 17. Reporting Damages: We understand accidents happen. Please inform us of any incidents so we can address them promptly, increasing the likelihood of your full security deposit being returned.
