This is a cosy, private and quiet stay. Close to the airport it's great for those flying in. Or for those wanting to explore the city sights it's an easy walk to the train to the city - for the full Melbournian experience - borrow the guest bicycle and cycle in! Full private desk for digital nomads. Perfect for weary travellers to recoup with all homely amenities and ample cat cuddles with Gino. The shared spaces are filled with bits and bobs from my travels, books, and plenty of photos. The space Walking distance to several cafes, creek cycling trails, parks, and good eats. Decent size room with a lovely timber desk and double sofa bed (I've made sure it's a super comfy one!). The view from the room looks into trees lining the quiet driveway creating a private space. All the usual home comforts (WIFI, laundry, towels, lounge space) and complimentary basic toiletries. Relaxed, modern, and homely feels. Please note when I don't have guests, I use the space as my office. The closet is not accessible to you or the file cabinet under the desk. Guest access All parts of the home are available to you! Chill out in the lounge, cook up a storm in the kitchen, or soak up some sun on the North facing outdoor deck and try your hand at some darts! Yep, a fully professionally dart board ready for you. Please note while my kitchen is fully equipped plus some, I don't have a microwave. During your stay I generally prefer giving guests space but am always around for a friendly chat. Absolutely no pressure for you to interact. Am always available by phone. Gino loves interaction and will likely demand some cuddles or pats from you. Other things to note Gino is a playful affectionate kitten indoor only with loads of energy! If you like cats this is the place for you. Please note I live here (just me). You'll likely have the place to yourself a lot - I work out of the home and am out most evenings. Also be aware you may hear my neighbours TV faintly through the unit wall.
