Other things to note House rules: -Rm150 damage deposit will be collected upon check in and returned upon check out to protect against damage and missing items. pls take care of the property and surrounding area clean and tidy. any damage/missing items will be charged to the guest (refer our inventory and inspection list.) -strictly no smoking inside the house. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm100. U can smoke outside the house, Corridor or car porch area. - Holding a party private event/wedding ceremony without any prior notice will be penalty of RM500 Pls acknowledge the host of u host any events. - no durian inside the house (violation of the above rules will incur penalty of rm100) -pets allowed with some minor charges. Pls inform the owner. Without inform, will be penalty of rm200 - lost of access card, remote control, and keys will be incur a penalty of rm250 . - kindly utilise with care the house hold equipment and electronic devices. any damage and loss will be charged to the guest. - guest are required to switch off all electricity, lights, air cond when away from home. violation of the rules will incur a penalty of rm200 - guest are allowed to cook. Pls clean the place bfore leaving. If found too dirty, will be charged extra cleaning fees. - cleanliness of homestay is to be observed all the time - any illegal activities will be reported to the authorities and appropriate actions will be taken. - wash own dishes after eating - check out late will be charged rm50 per hour (for extension based on availability) - maximum num of guest for the specific permises are stated in d booking list. Exceed num of guest will be ve charges rm 25 per pax.
