The space Elegant villa, surrounded by a park, surrounded by greenery and large trees, completely private, equipped with outdoor spa hot tub, with 5 seats, for the exclusive use of guests, with the possibility of using, from 7 am to 5 pm, a beautiful and large swimming pool, 12 m. x 6m, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds, very private and for the exclusive use of guests during the hours dedicated to them. The cost of the hot tub is included in the cost of the accommodation and will be available upon the guest's specific request. The cost of the pool is to be agreed upon with the property. Much of the area is equipped with a mosquito repellent system. The house is furnished with designer furniture and quality materials, in a functional way for travelers from all over the world; located in a strategic point of lower Bergamo from which you can reach Bergamo in 20 minutes, Milan and Brescia, BreBeMi highway or train, in 20 minutes. THE SPACE The recently renovated villa has been designed to be as welcoming and comfortable as possible; over the years, finding myself often traveling, I stocked up on what I liked and what I would have liked to find during my stays and I made sure that no detail was overlooked, hoping to meet the needs of those who are traveling for work or vacation and do not want to give up any comfort and service.  The villa consists of a living room, with TV, custom sofa bed with real double mattress; equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, kettle, microwave, air fryer, dining area and porch equipped for eating and grilling; large and cozy bedroom, 2 large windows overlooking the park, king size bed, large smart TV, long desk and equipped wardrobe; multifunctional room with double sofa bed, large smart TV, and area dedicated to conviviality or meetings; 2 large bathrooms, with resin and crystal shower; garage with washer-dryer from which you can access the house.
