The 🛋️ living/dining area invites you to spend relaxing evenings with a comfortable corner sofa, a large living room table and a 📺 Samsung Smart TV with cable connection. The dining area is right next to the kitchen 🍴, which is equipped with everything you need: two hotplates, a microwave (with baking/defrosting/grilling functions), a fridge, a kettle and a coffee machine. Here you can prepare your meals in comfort and enjoy them at the dining table. The 🛏️ bedroom offers you a comfortable double bed, a spacious chest of drawers for plenty of storage space and a large mirror for the perfect start to the day. 🚿 The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a 🧺 washer-dryer and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided and changed regularly. Outside, you will find a 🌿 covered terrace with seating and a garden lounger, perfect for relaxing - even in the rain or snow. The pond 🐟 creates a special atmosphere and is a highlight for your relaxation. Our apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature 🌳 - ideal for switching off and relaxing. At the same time, you can be in the city center of Schwäbisch Hall 🏙️ with its wonderful old town, numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in just 🚗 9 minutes by car. A large supermarket is just 7 minutes away, a bakery 3 minutes. Schwäbisch Hall-Hessental train station 🚉 is a 5-minute drive away, and the 🚌 bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away. There is also a 24-hour store in Hessental - just a 5-minute drive away - which will provide you with everything you need at any time.
