Attic in the historic center - Chez Arianna

The apartment is a cozy, partially attic studio located in the heart of the historic center of Bologna, in the Santo Stefano neighborhood. It consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette; it is the perfect accommodation for the stay of one or two people! The apartment is on the fourth floor, and it is possible to use the elevator up to the third floor, and then continue on foot up the last flight of stairs. Check-in is only in person until 7:00 p.m. The space You will have a bright and quiet attic of about 45 sqm: from the entrance you will have direct access to the living area, with a dining table, kitchenette stocked with household utensils and equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and a small electric oven. The bathroom has a shower stall, a washing machine and is equipped with mechanical ventilation in the absence of a window. The master bedroom, directly connected to the living area, is equipped with a television and a small work/study area with a desk. From every window, you can see the typical red roofs of our city, the hills, churches and bell towers. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets and everything you may need are just a few steps away from the house! Guest access The apartment is fully at the disposal of guests. During check-in, which takes place exclusively in person by 7:00 p.m., the keys will be delivered to access it and further information will be provided for the stay. The arrival time is always to be communicated in advance, so as to give me the opportunity to organize everything in the best way and find me at the enlargement to welcome you! :) Other things to note Please always report your arrival time and notify in case of delay so that we can meet you for the delivery of the keys. The apartment is in the historic center which is a traffic-restricted zone: if you arrive in Bologna with your car it is essential to obtain a permit to access or park in the ZTL. Upon arrival, during check-in, IDs or passports will be required. Bed linens and towels provided upon arrival are rented from a hotel company that washes, irons and sanitizes them.
