The property is designed to accommodate up to 13 guests only. Additional guests are not allowed. We take this policy very seriously to ensure a positive experience for our guests and to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. Unauthorized Parties - Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. Any violation on this policy will also result in a $1,000 penalty fee and will be reported to Airbnb, which could affect your account standing. 👥 Additional Guests: Additional guests are not allowed. 📹 Security Cameras: For everyone’s safety, security cameras are located on the exterior of the house and in the pool area. 🕓 Check-In: 4:00 PM (For early check-in requests, please contact us in advance.) 🕚 Check-Out: 11:00 AM (If you need a late check-out, please reach out to confirm availability.) Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Outdoor music must be moved indoors by 10:00 PM, and we kindly ask guests not to gather in the front yard during these hours to help preserve the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. 🔒 Garage Access: The garage is used for storage and is not available for guest use.
