Other things to note This property is located in a central residential area, so some noise is expected. You will receive free earplugs. The building is within a residential area starting to gentrify, so it is not the prettiest area of Downtown San Juan. However, the building is very safe, with good light and secured access. Also, it is centrally located, so Uber's are VERY cheap to all the main attractions and beaches. A/C in the bedroom only!
