The space The Villa is located at a fantastic spot in the midst of a young and fancy Canggu, only a few minutes by car or scooter to Berawa Beach and within easy walking distance to hotspots like Revolver Cafe, Penny Lane, Atlas Fest Beach Club, Finns Beach club or the Ibiza classic, Café Del Mar Bali. Spending days at this newly decorated and well furnished Villa Pasha, you'll find yourself slipping into privacy while chilling in the pool or lounging on one of the multiple terraces. On nights out, mere steps will bring you to Bali's spectacular sunsets and hip beach clubs where you can dance to your heart's content. With the care of a dedicated villa manager and housekeeper, you’ll be welcomed with renowned Balinese hospitality. On your first morning, enjoy a freshly prepared local breakfast accompanied by fresh juices—just let us know your preferred serving time. If you’d like to continue this breakfast service for the duration of your stay, it is available for an additional fee of USD 8 per person. It can be noisy due to the super central location. It is very easy to receive food / drinks deliveries by local services like Grab or GoJek. Housekeeper, Villa Manager, Gardener, Pool Boy, Private Plunge Fun Pool, Pool towels, Apple TV, Netflix Stereo and Surrounding System, Strong Wifi , and Safety Boxes are provided in the Villa. Long-Term Parking: Secured space for up to 5 cars in about 800 meters away. Our team will transport you by scooter (2 mins) to pick up your car. All wardrobe spaces are accessible and filled with hangers. Toiletries - shampoo, soap, etc. as well as hairdryers can be found in the bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, china, glass, and cutlery can be used to prepare and dine sumptuous dinners with your group. Household supplies and basics such as tea, coffee, and water are available for you to be relaxed and comfortable during your stay. Since Villa Pasha does not have a dedicated massage room, professional massage teams can either bring the spa to you, complete with mobile massage beds set up in the comfort of your villa, or our Villa Manager will recommend spas in the close area. Other things to note Sustainable Hospitality We are proud to be part of the sustainable hospitality movement. For instance- we don't use plastic bottles, we only purchase fruits and vegetables from locals, we reuse materials, etc. We would love to get your support by a simple routine. Please turn off your air conditioner when you leave your room. This small effort can make a significant difference in reducing our carbon footprint, and also helps us in maintaining our commitment to sustainability. Please Consider:: 1. Bali is a tropical island and home to a wide variety of animals. Some of the most common animals in Bali are monkeys, shrews, lizards, birds, and marine life that are part of the natural beauty and diversity of the island. If you encounter them, you are not eligible for a refund. Please ask for assistance from my local team. 2. We are proud to support Bali local service providers and have been working closely with excellent laundry services for years. If we were to use a washing machine, this local service would lose a significant part of their business. We offer vouchers for free laundry services (2kg per day) for min stays of 7 nights 3. During the rainy season from December to April, the tropical lifestyle may impact our villa with muddy surroundings. These are natural occurrences beyond our control. The effects of the rainy season are not valid reasons for refunds. 4. Besides preparing your breakfast your private Villa housekeeping team is available from 9.30am till 6pm to assist with any requests or errands you may have. Whether you need help with reservations, a quick errand, or simply ensuring your comfort, we’re here to make your stay smooth and enjoyable. 5. Due to the incredible central Canggu location of the Villa two out of six rooms can experience noises from the street. 6. Villa Pasha features six beautifully appointed bedrooms, with five located on the upper floor, easily accessible via a Designer staircase (see photos in the gallery for reference). If you or your guests prefer a stair-free layout—whether for comfort, accessibility, or young children—please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to recommend alternative villas within our portfolio in the same area that may better suit your needs. The villa’s layout, including the staircase, is clearly shown in the listing and does not qualify as grounds for refund claims. We encourage guests to contact us in advance with any specific accessibility concerns so we can ensure the perfect match for your stay. 7. Just a reminder that if you hire any third-party team or have friends visiting during your stay, the villa team and the host cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items under any circumstances. For your security and peace of mind, we provide a safety box in the villa, and we strongly recommend using it to store your valuables throughout your stay.
