Off grid Eco Camp at Cold Mountain site #2
Description
This is the same property as our other listing, we have six private sites available with one elevated platform for tents. It's a beautiful property central to everything AWESOME around here! We offer exclusive guide services, wilderness survival courses, snowboard gear and lift tickets to clients, local golfing, and more. The camp itself is a living museum / botany forest of rare Appalachian medicinal plants for learning. We cultivate species to teach about our forest friends. The space Walk through trails under vines, along the creek, down to the hand powered blacksmith forge - learn rare and exotic species of plants and meet animals along the way. Local dogs provide a barrier against bears and coyotes, so food and camp sites are safe and bear bags are unnecessary. There is activity during the day around the cove and roosters make an early morning greeting. Earplugs may be preferred if you wish to not hear any wildlife at daybreak. Guest access Creek access, forests, fields, trampoline and orchard, fire sites, and trails deep into the mountains. We can point the way or take you there. Other things to note We have work trade opportunities just ask. Help can include trail maintenance, driveway repair and culvert clearing, hardening, carpentry / deco building and roofing of small treehouses, forest cleaning (downed branches and trees), firewood prep.
