Welcome to our beautiful barndominium, located two miles from the Flint River just outside of Brooks, GA and just a few minutes' drive away from the historic downtown of Senoia, home to a variety of delicious restaurants and shops. Our Barndominium is situated on 21 acres and has all of the amenities that you will need to have a memorable stay. Full kitchen complete with a fridge, coffee maker, oven/stove, and microwave. You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. The barndominium is situated on 21 beautiful acres that you can explore. The rental does have access to laundry on site which will need to be discussed prior to booking as it is part of the owner's office inside the barn. You will have access to a designated gravel parking pad that can easily accommodate two vehicles. The Kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, coffee maker, oven/stove, and microwave. Our Barndominium can comfortably accommodate up to five guests with a comfy king bed in the master bedroom and a single over full bunk bed in the guest bedroom. You'll also have access to a closet in the guest bedroom and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind in front of the multiple Smart TVs. Located just 35 minutes from the Atlanta airport, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature, beautiful pastures, and two beautiful horses that call our farm home. The farm is just a short drive away from the historic downtown of Senoia, the Town of Trilith, and the Hampton race track. Whether you're here to explore the famous filming locations of The Walking Dead or simply enjoy the local cuisine and shops, our Barndominium is the perfect home base for your adventures. The gate entrance is located right off the road overlooking the pastures and has an electronic keypad for entry. From there you will drive through the pasture on a gravel road leading to the entrance of the Barndominium. We use a keypad lock which is super easy, and code will be provided prior to check-in. Once you are through the door, the Barndominium is all yours, and you are welcome to walk the pasture, relax/fish at the pond, or just sit outside and enjoy nature.
