La Clé des Champs Gîte

La Clé des Champs is first and foremost the story of a crush on this house that we wanted to convert into a 6-person cottage labeled Gîte de France 4 épis. The cottage is independent with a large garden, original and antique decoration. Very comfortable, the house is well equipped and offers quality services: a swimming pool, a Nordic bath, a mini gym, a games room (billiards, foosball, darts...), a "movie theater" area. Relaxation and happiness guaranteed! The space The house offers a living area of 135 m². On the ground floor is the colorful, bright living room with a refined and original decor, the open kitchen with its many amenities, the living room and living room opening onto the wooden terrace with swimming pool and Nordic bath. There is also a laundry room with a dryer and washing machine as well as a toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms (one with a 180 bed that can be offered in 90 x 200 single beds), and the second with 2 beds of 92. The third smaller bedroom with a 180 bed with a view of the stars that is closed from the mezzanine area by a sliding door. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and has a hair dryer. Access to the upstairs bathroom and toilet (independent of the bathroom) is through the small bedroom. On the mezzanine is a small rest and reading area for younger guests. The pool is open from 06/01 until 09/15. It is private, unheated but has a bubble cover and a bar cover for safety. It measures 4 ml x 2.5 ml. The Nordic bath is accessible from March 1st to November 15th In the barn converted into a games room you will find a ping-pong table downstairs and the games room upstairs. It offers: a projection room/cinema with Blu-ray player), a foosball table, a pool table, a dartboard, many board games. The enclosed garden includes, in addition to the pool and Nordic bath, a vegetable garden area with a hen house (eggs available to our guests), children's play area with a climbing wall and a slide, a petanque court. Many games for children are also available as well as a small gym including a rowing machine, a weight bench, an exercise bike and various weight training accessories. The cottage also has a barbecue and a gas plancha for your barbecue evenings! Guest access Our guests have access to every part of the house.
