La Clé des Champs Gîte

La Clé des Champs is first and foremost the story of a crush on this house that we wanted to convert into a 6-person cottage labeled Gîte de France 4 épis. The cottage is independent with a large garden, original and antique decoration. Very comfortable, the house is well equipped and offers quality services: a swimming pool, a Nordic bath, a mini gym, a games room (billiards, foosball, darts...), a "movie theater" area. Relaxation and happiness guaranteed! The space The house offers you a living area of 135 m². On the ground floor is the colorful, bright living room with sought-after and original decor, the open kitchen with its many amenities, living room and living room opening onto the wooden terrace with swimming pool and Nordic bath. There is also the laundry room with dryer and washing machine as well as the toilet. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms (one with a 180 bed that can be offered in single beds 90 x 200), and the second with 2 beds of 92. The third smaller bedroom with a bed of 180 with a view of the stars which is closed from the mezzanine space by a sliding door. The bathroom has shower and bathtub and has hair dryer. Access to the bathroom and toilet (independent from the bathroom) upstairs is through the small bedroom. On the mezzanine is a small rest and reading area for the youngest. The Swimming pool is open from 06/01 until 9/15. It is private, unheated but has a bubble tarpaulin and bar tarpaulin for security. It measures 4ml x 2.5ml. The Nordic bath is available from March 1 to November 15 In the barn furnished as a games room you will find at the bottom a table tennis table and upstairs the games room. This one offers: a screening /cinema room with blu-ray player), a foosball table, a pool table, a dartboard, many board games. The enclosed garden includes in addition to the pool and Nordic bath, a vegetable area with a chicken coop (eggs available to our hosts), children's games area with climbing wall and slide, pétanque court. Many games for children are also available as well as a small gym including a rower, weight bench, exercise bike and various weight training accessories. The cottage also has BBQ and gas grill for your grilled evenings! Guest access Our guests have access to every part of the house.
