The layout of the three units is as follows: Main Home- 4 bedroom (1 king, 3 queens)/3 bath; Upper Duplex- 2 bedroom (2 queens)/1 bath; Lower Duplex- 2 bedroom (2 queens)/1 bath. Sitting in between the two buildings is the private heated pool. This outdoor space also features a natural gas grill, outdoor shower, beach and pool toys.
