Guest suite in Brevard

Welcome to our studio guest suite! The unit is walking distance to downtown Brevard (0.7 mi) with all the restaurants and shops it has to offer. You'll have complete privacy, with a private entrance, and parking right outside your door. Enjoy a king size bed, kitchenette, and 42" TV (streaming only). We're an 8 minute drive to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest; 16 minutes to the bottom of the mountain road into DuPont; 30 minutes to Hendersonville, and 40 minutes to downtown Asheville. The space Remodeled in 2020/2021. Other things to note We do have an angsty 2 year old upstairs. Once in a blue moon, she will cry during the night. You either won’t hear her from downstairs, or it will be very quiet. A sound machine is provided (and recommended). No smoking. No pets. We live upstairs with creaky wooden floors so you may hear some squeaks from time to time. However we are typically in bed by 10p, and not up until 7a so it will be quiet during those hours. The thermostat is located upstairs. We typically aim for 68° in the winter and 72° in the summer but are happy to adjust on request.
