There are various restaurants, supermarket in building, enough public paid parking for visitors and Mosque available. Before the check-in date, guests must provide digital copies of their passports. The standard check-in time is 3:00 Pm, and check-out should be completed by 12:00 Pm. Please ensure the access cards are returned in proper condition during check-out. A fee of $100.00/card will be applied for the replacement of lost cards. Any additional request for Early Check in, Late Check out, Apartment Key, Access card, Extra Laundry, Linen will be on chargeable basis depends upon availability. We do not provide Dishwashing liquid, washing machine detergent and towels to maintain hygiene. Lost/found Only 1 key & 1 access card will be provided for the stay and loosing of Key & Card will be on additional charges. This will take time for replacement as team is not available all time at the location. If you've left an item in the apartment, we will hold onto it and notify you about the left belongings.
