None of us really like rules, but we have to have certain ones to protect you, the property, be good neighbors, follow insurance company and Airbnb rules, etc. Airbnb also requires that we put down consequences for breaking rules. As we spent over one year thoughtfully remodeling your home away from home, we would like for you to leave the home in great condition so that it will be that way when you come back again or for other visitors 1. GENERAL RULES *Maximum of 4 people or the number booked, whichever is smaller. This includes adults, children, infants, and visitors. No unpaid visitors (day or night). *Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs. No parties or events. No pets or support animals (documented severe allergy/asthma/hospitalization of family member). You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, damages, pet fees, and any legal repercussions. Also, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given for the entire stay. *Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 am. This includes outside.(We want to be good neighbors. ) 2. KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS *No smelly foods or heavy greasy foods. If you do cook or bring them into home, there will be extra cleanup charges of up to $500 or more. *Please wipe up spills immediately, especially in/on stove, furniture, appliances, tables, and counters so that you do not have extra cleaning charges. *NO GREASE, FOOD, or DEBRIS DOWN SINKS due to a sensitive septic system. If you do so, you will be charged plumbing fees and any other associated fees. *COMMODES AND SINKS: WHAT NOT TO PUT IN THEM. Due to the use of septic systems, please obey signs in bathrooms and kitchen about not putting feminine products, wipes, food, towels, etc. in commodes and sinks. Please read signs posted in kitchen and bathrooms carefully. Only put your normal body waste and the bathroom tissue we supply into the commodes. We will be forced to charge you extra if you do not obey the signs. We do not want stopped up toilets and pipes and I am sure you do not want backed up pipes while you are visiting.
