Second Floor: - The Cottage Room (Private) - Queen-sized, private ensuite bathroom features a stand-up shower - Cozy Parlor: Relax by the electric fireplace in the cozy parlor room while you watch your favorite shows on the smart TV (free streaming apps provided; feel free to log into your personal accounts). Other things to note FAQs: - Stairs: Since the house was built in the 1920’s, the steps going to the second and third floor are steeper and narrower than a standard staircase. - Early check-in/late check-out: We will accommodate it if we can! Additional fees may apply. - Being in a rural area, you may see wildlife and insects. Please do not feed them. - We'll provide you a digital welcome/guidebook closer to your arrival that can be opened on your phone! It will have local recommendations and other important information. - Quiet hours are observed to ensure a serene environment for all guests. You DO NOT have to be inside the house during these times, but we do ask that you would keep the noise to a minimum. - Amenities to get you started in your room: --Linen for each bed, Towels and washcloths, Trash bags, Toilet paper, Hair dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash --Amenities in the 1st floor Kitchenette room: Dish Soap, Coffee pods: Regular, Creamer, Tea, Clothing Iron. *Please be prepared to bring any additional items* - If you forget anything, Walmart is 15 min away - Longer stays: to stay compliant with township regulations, guests wanting to stay longer than a month will need to split their stay into 29 nights or less for each reservation. You can leave your things between reservations, and we'll ask you to vacate for a few hours so the cleaner to come in around day 29. :) Thanks!
