The space Description of upstairs portion of the house: The Space: The upstairs is divided across two large bedrooms (one featuring a king bed and the other two queen beds) and two bathrooms (one with a walk in shower and the other a shower/tub combination). The home also features an updated kitchen, fully outfitted with the latest appliances and cookware, a large living room with sectional sofa (not a sleeper) and flatscreen TV, and large front and back patios. The front patio is configured as a Florida room and is air conditioned while the back patio is an open air screened patio. Both feature ample patio furniture for sitting and relaxing. Description of downstairs portion of the house: The apartment features two bedrooms and one bath, as well as a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The bedroom configurations are as follows: Master bedroom features a queen bed and guest bedroom features a double and twin bunk bed. Additionally, the living room features a pullout sofa. The space also features a washer/dryer.
