Beach Barn has two full bathrooms with showers. Kids of all ages will enjoy the adorable built-in bunk beds that are located in the hall entryway of the condo. If you choose to dine in, there's room at the bar or enjoy your meal on the double, private balcony where you can watch the waves roll in. The master bedroom has a comfy king bed with soft sheets and smart tv for your late-night relaxation. We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We also have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has guest-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each guest is provided a full set of towels that includes a fluffy bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. There's even a special cloth for makeup removal. This is a non-smoking unit (inside). Laundry located on site. There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston! Maravilla Condos has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Beach Barn that include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. Guests have access to free cable and WiFi in their condo. Or, simply stream your favorite programs from your personal digital accounts. Looking to keep up your exercise regimen? Take a nice long walk along the Seawall at sunrise. *Construction is ongoing at the Maravilla. The actual unit is not under construction!* Guest access Guests will be provided check-in instructions after all documents are signed and the reservation is paid in full. Codes for the state-of-the-art digital lock are sent to the guest a couple of days before check-in date. Other things to note TRUST AND SAFETY: In lieu of a security deposit BTVR charges for damage insurance. Rates for this damage insurance are included in your cleaning fee. The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury. The Trust and Safety Fee is refundable only if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date.
