Sedona, Jerome, and Cornville are each just 15 minutes away where you can find hiking, rivers, and wine country. Or stay nearby and explore Old Town Cottonwood. Welcome to the Hippie Hideaway - a sanctuary of love and tranquility nestled in the heart of the enchanting Verde Valley. As fellow nature enthusiasts and free spirits, we've curated this unique and comfortable experience just for you. The tiny home is situated on it's own private section of our family property. Guests have exclusive access to the tiny home, fruit trees, fire pit, deck, patio seating, and onsite parking. Savor the views of the Verde Valley with dinner on the deck, or unwind beneath the pear and mulberry trees with a glass of local wine. Inside our tiny home, you'll find all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, two twin beds, bathroom & shower, living room TV equipped with Netflix, and a snug sitting space where you can curl up with a good book. When you're ready for adventure, take a short drive to nearby Sedona, Jerome, Cornville, or old Town Cottonwood, each offering its own unique blend of history, culture, and outdoor exploration. The tiny home has working air conditioning and heat controlled by the thermostat inside. There is also a space heater available in each bedroom. Please respect the Hippie Hideaway, nature, and our property during your stay. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire tiny home with onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, plus onsite fruit trees, fire pit, deck, outdoor seating, and patio. Other things to note PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles allowed onsite is 2. Guests must park in marked parking space adjacent to the tiny home. No street parking allowed. PETS: The yard is not fully fenced in. Friendly pets are welcome but they must be cleaned up after both inside and outside. HEAT: There is a central gas heater controlled by the thermostat as well as 2 space heaters inside. SHOWER: Keep showers short to conserve hot water. If someone showers, wait 20 minutes until the next person showers to allow time for the water to heat up. A/C: Working A/C controlled by the thermostat. SMOKING: No smoking inside. Smoking & vaping allowed outside. POWER: The breaker panel is located inside, on the side of the TV cabinet in the living room.
