Charming New Studio, Central Location

Moving to Cayman? This modern studio apartment in a central location is the perfect short-term base while you search for a permanent home on the island. We’re just a 5-minute drive to Spotts Beach and Hurley’s supermarket, 20 minutes to George Town, 15 minutes to the airport, and about 30 minutes to Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay. A discount with a local car rental agency is also available. Minimum stay: 2 months. Maximum stay until December 31st. The space This is a studio apartment, meaning all living spaces are combined into one open room—except for the bathroom, of course. Despite being a studio, it’s very spacious, featuring a large closet, dresser, and a roomy desk for work. Enjoy high-speed internet and a 55" smart TV. The apartment is eco-friendly, with a tankless water heater, gas and induction cooktop, and a built-in microwave. It’s fully air-conditioned with an overhead fan, and all furnishings and appliances are modern and top-of-the-line. Guest access There is small patio area with a love seat. At the end of the patio in a closet beside the gate is the washer & dryer. Other things to note BEACHES: We are a short, 5 minute drive to Spotts Public Beach and a 15 minute drive to 7-mile Beach. GRAND HARBOUR SHOPPING MALL: a 5 min. drive, has Hurleys Supermarket, Papa's Pizza, a large Pharmacy, liquor store, a restaurant and a sports bar. COUNTRYSIDE MALL, in the opposite direction, has Foster's supermarket, Chinese Food, Pizza Hut, Liquor store, ALT hardware store, Subway, and a pharmacy). CAMANA BAY - a gorgeous outdoor mall with upscale stores & restaurants, is a 20 minute drive. AIRPORT: a 10 minute drive. YUMMY TUMMY Fusion Food Truck is located at the end of our street. Great food: Tacos, wraps, Indian curry dishes and pasta. My favourite: The Curry Chicken crepe. SCUBA DIVING: If you are wanting to scuba dive, we highly recommend Sunset House in South Sound. First class operation, and a fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean there as well. In fact, my favourite restaurant on the island. It would be a 15 minute drive. Just go back to the Roundabout at Hurleys and take the South Sound exit. CAR RENTAL: We also have a discount with a local car rental agency. WE SUPPLY: A starter kit for your arrival, one bar of soap, dishwashing soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels. We also supply all the linens including Beach Towels. We do not supply laundry soap, so I suggest you throw a few pods in your suitcase if you think you're going to need to do laundry. Sorry, no pets allowed. It is a non-smoking unit as well.
