This spacious home features 4 bedrooms (one of which is without a closet and have a wall heater in the room), 3 bathrooms w/ a master bedroom on the main floor. Unwind on your deck off the chef’s kitchen & enjoy the fresh breeze, or wandering down your own private beach to scoop up oysters, kayaking, or sunbathing, s'mores by the fire pit, playing games on the lawn, or barbecuing. From scenic views to local hiking and wine tasting, this property is perfect for a big family, a couple's getaway or friends traveling together. At the end of the day, sleep comfortably to the sound of the waves calmly splashing against the rock bulkhead. And with 3 bathrooms, there is enough separate spaces to unwind, to prepare for the next fun day on the water. We have a wood burning fireplace indoor and a propane firepit outdoor. Please do not start a fire anywhere else except inside the fireplace. Damage done on grasses will be charged to customers We recently added a 4-person hot tub to the house. Hot tub use will be an additional charge, separately from the rental. The fee for usage is $100 per stay. Please inquire and submit payment first before booking, otherwise it will not be ready for use during your stay. We have to arrange for someone to come get it ready for your stay. Payment and a liability waiver need to be signed before using. We welcome dogs as they are members of your family, but ask that, you don't leave pee or poo accidents behind and you clean up any overt messes. (We also kindly ask to keep pets off the furniture out of respect for our guests who have allergies or sensitivities to fur. If you think this will be a problem, [i.e. your pup is accustomed to sofa lounging] please plan to bring special blankets to place on the furniture for them, and properly towel dry them off after beach play before coming inside.) We reserve the right to change this rate if necessary Other things to note This is a special family home so we really appreciate you treating everything with the same care you would treat your own home. Please do not move our furnitures around! Cleaners are not able to move it back to original location! You might incur moving fees if not follow. No unregister guests please. There are plenty of parking for 4 cars. Please do not park on the grasses (lawn area), where our drain field located. It will damage our septic. Due to the wooded area and garden, we occasionally may have insects wander into the home including sugar ants, mice, raccoons, spiders and house flies. We do not use harsh pesticides chemicals outside, and as a result they are still live in our ecosystem , and can wander inside. Please do not leave food out on countertops, as it will attract ants from the outdoors who find their way in through the cracks despite our high cleaning standards. In the fall, spiders are common and Washington state does not have dangerous or harmful spiders. The main house has been renovated but still an older home, which is subject to some quirks especially windows are not insulated as efficient as the newer ones, and with a lot of windows, the house does stay on the colder side, even with furnace running at its max. You are welcome to use the wood burning fireplace but please take precaution while using it. For security, we have security cameras on the premises. There are three outdoor cameras, facing the road/parking area and beaches. The cameras do not face any private areas and footage is only reviewed if issues are reported. Additional guests fee for any guest over 8 is $25 per person per night. The reason is we like to keep the price affordable for smaller groups and add on for the bigger group to cover utilities, wear and tear, insurances, and such. Pet fee ($200) is only cover 1 pet. Please inquire about additional pet fee for additional pet Check in early or check out late can only be accommodated if cleaners have enough time to prepare the house. There will be a 50/hr for check -in early or check-out late, if the calendar allows. Hot tub fee of $100 will be billed afterward. If you are not using the hot tub, you won’t be billed. It is a separate charge from the original reservation
