We welcome you to enjoy our newly renovated, private downstairs studio with off road parking, large private ensuite bathroom and comfy king bed We are located at the top of mount street hill, a quiet neighbourhood only a 10-15 minute walk to the famous Nelson Market, restaurants, and other attractions. Perfect for couples, adventurers, and business travellers. The space A warm and sunny space with views over the valley and to the ocean in the distance. We are located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood at the top end of Mount street only a short walk from the centre of Nelson, with its own private entrance and off street parking space. Kitchenette includes sink, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge, Please note there is no stove but there is an induction portable cooker & mini bench top oven. Restaurants and cafes are not far away. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and milk are provided. Bathroom is modern, large, and spacious with a shower, vanity sink, toilet, and heated towel rail. Please note the toilet can not accept anything except human waste and toilet paper. Feminine hygiene products, condoms, baby wipes, and the like must be placed in the bin provided. You have your own sunny private outside patio space with a table, chairs, and 2 loungers - the perfect private spot for some sunbathing. Other things to note We have a small friendly dog (fox terrier) upstairs with us and will consider small pets staying in the studio upon request. The studio is located underneath a part of our home and is well insulated. We are not noisy but some low-level noise can occur during the day Please note the toilet can not accept anything except human waste and toilet paper.
