Large yard with privacy fence & gated driveway that can fit a boat. We have a German Shepherd & used to allow dogs but after multiple bad experiences with spoiled dogs- NO PETS allowed, including “emotional support”! Please look at ALL photos & read all descriptions & house rules before requesting booking to avoid any unrealized expectations! This is not a hotel or rental condo but my house where my family lives so I reserve the right to decline any request. The space Guest house in the back yard with private entry separate from the main house - studio bedroom and bathroom with shower, no kitchen ( “cooking station” can be set up for long stays), privacy fenced yard & gated driveway that can fit a truck with boat trailer. Guest access Separate guest house in the back yard. Since it is my home & we have a German Shepherd I have to check-in guests personally. Once you get the key & know how to operate the gate - come and go as you please. Other things to note Can park free on the street or driveway inside the gate. The 18-ft gate takes some effort to operate. The property is not ADA-compliant & not suitable for people with mobility impairment. We have a long water hose so you can rinse your boat or fishing gear on the driveway.
