The space The 83 m² apartment consists of a large living area with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (in the first bedroom there is a 1.80 meter box spring bed and in the second bedroom there are two single beds, each one meter wide) and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet and a storage room. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a dishwasher. You can also use the washing machine in the basement. This apartment also has a private balcony facing west with beautiful evening light. The property is located about 15 km from Lake Constance. A bus stop can be reached in 1 minute, and the distance to a public electric car charging station is only about 100 m. A parking space is available on the premises.
