Welcome to the Maison de la Fée cottage! This house is perfect for families, groups of friends or couples. Here you will be surrounded by fields (while being close to the center of the town) and you can enjoy a large landscaped garden and its heated and secure swimming pool (accessible from May to September). Please see the details below. The space The house is 1.5 km from the center of the town with a baker, a small supermarket 3 km away. Inside the house you will find: - a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a dining table - a kitchen open to the living room with, among other things: - 1 microwave - washing machine - 2 coffee makers (traditional and Nespresso) - 1 toaster - 1 blender -3 beautiful bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one bedroom with 4 single bunk beds) - 2 bathrooms with shower - spaces to work (in two bedrooms) Outside, you will enjoy a very large plot with: - a furnished terrace: dining table, garden furniture, barbecue - a heated and secure pool (available from May to September) - sun loungers - a boules pitch (petanque court, boules provided) Guest access I'll welcome you personally. The house is located: - 20 minutes from Châtellerault - 45 minutes from Futuroscope and Arena Other things to note My house is right next to the cottage and I know how to be discreet for your comfort. Free parking for 2 or 3 cars. Please also note that the LGV line passes about 500 meters from the accommodation (a few passages during the day). Access to the swimming pool is not charged.
