The space You benefit from a very quiet environment and without any vis-à-vis, a beautiful private swimming pool (8mx4m), a covered terrace with teak table, a gas plancha, a ping-pong table . The villa offers a particularly relaxing setting, surrounded by bamboo hedges and sheltering centuries-old olive trees. The villa is ideally equipped to accommodate families or friends wishing to spend unforgettable holidays in its large volumes, inside with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, plus a guest toilet on the ground floor. Outside you will enjoy the covered terrace of 30m2 with living room, teak dining room, and summer kitchen with sink, plancha, microwave oven and table top refrigerator. The indoor kitchen opening onto the terrace has two fridges/freezers, a dishwasher, a pyrolysis oven, a 90cm stainless steel 5-burner gas hob, a double stainless steel sink with spray tap, a micro -modern microwave, Nespresso and Bialetti/Moka coffee makers, a toaster, various robots and a centrifuge. The living room has a U-shaped leather sofa overlooking the south terrace, the vegetation and the swimming pool, as well as a wood stove for winter evenings with wood provided. Guest access The accommodation as well as the garden, the covered terrace, the swimming pool and all the equipment are at the full and exclusive disposal of the occupants of the villa. The property is completely fenced. Other things to note Mougins is a small town located in the heights of Cannes and Le Cannet, which benefits from a refreshing breeze which is very appreciable in summer, close to motorway access (5 mins) and shops (5 mins). The Grasse-Cannes bus network passes (and stops) at the end of the street, 300m from the subdivision.
