This suite occupies approximately half of our spacious owner occupied MCM ranch home, offering a quiet and private experience with separate living areas. It features a private front door entrance and is fully equipped with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom is ensuite a queen-sized bed, while the other has two twin beds. The space Frequently Asked Questions: 1. Is there a full kitchen? NO, the suite has a hotel-style kitchenette. Cooking isn’t allowed, but you'll find a mini-fridge, 700W microwave, Mr Coffee coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, disposable and traditional plates and cutlery. Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, tea, and milk are provided. 2. Is there a private entrance? YES, there is a digital keypad for your convenience. 3. Are there any shared spaces? NO, the entire suite, including both bathrooms, are yours to enjoy. 4. Do the owners live in the other part of the house? YES, the house is a large MCM ranch with a private guest suite. There’s only one shared wall, between the owner’s kitchen and the guest suite’s kitchenette. Sound doesn't travel well between the units, so with normal sound levels you don’t need to worry about tip toeing, or speaking in whispers. 5. Can I bring my pet? YES, one dog is allowed. However, the dog must be registered at the time of booking and there is a small additional fee. Dogs cannot be left alone in the suite without being crated. 6. Can we use the backyard? YES, however it’s a shared space, but feel free to enjoy it as long as you’re comfortable with that. Please note we also have some patio restoration work scheduled this summer (2025) and the back garden may not be at all available when you arrive. - The tree house is not accessible. 7. Can I invite guests over? NO, only registered Airbnb guests are allowed. However, we may allow a small number of non-Airbnb guests on a case-by-case basis. 8. Is there a pet on the property? YES, we have a sweet 19 pound Parsons Terrier, she never has access to the guest suite. However if you use the back garden you may run into her and she loves being petted. Please do not remove them from the wall or their perch. - The house is located on top of a hill and therefore the driveway is somewhat steep. - Parking on the driveway is limited to one car.
